I love me some broccoli. I would eat it any form. Today I wanted to make something for dinner with broccoli, and I improvised something that turned out to be pretty delicious.
I don’t take actual measurements, but you don’t have to be exact for this dish. This amount could serve four to six people.
- Chicken ( 1 whole breast)
- Broccoli ( 500 g – 800g)
- Spices (pepper, chili pepper flakes, salt)
- Smoked cheese
For the sauce:
- Feta Cheese
Cut up the chicken to small pieces. Wash and cut off the florets of the broccoli. Cook them, but only for a few minutes, you still want it to be crunchy. Put the spices on the chicken and fry it in a pan until it’s golden brown. Put the chicken in a pan, squeeze half the lemons juice onto it. Then put the broccoli on top of the chicken and squeeze the other half of the lemon. Then sprinkle it generously with the two types of cheese, and bake it for 20 minutes, until the cheese is nice golden brown.
I made a little sauce too, just mix yoghurt, pressed garlic, pepper and feta cheese in a bowl.
And this is how it looks like:
Then you just scoop it into tortillas, put some sauce in there too, wrap it up and enjoy!
Today I woke up to the sight of snow falling sideways. It was quite surprising, we usually don’t expect it until December. It just keeps going on and on.
We showed it to the baby, he didn’t really understand why did it disappear in my hands, but I think he liked it.
All this snow got me into the Christmas spirit. Maybe this year it will be more magical, just because it’s the baby’s first Christmas. That’s going to be cute. Maybe we should decorate earlier.
Do you like snow? Are you excited for Christmas this year? It’s a bit early to talk about it right now, isn’t it? But that’s the power of snow. Have lot’s of things to do today, so see you later!
These pictures were taken on the streets of Budapest. All three are iconic in the city. The top is the Faluház, which is a building in Óbuda. It has 886 apartments in it.
The second one is the Citadella. You can see it from many parts of the town.
And the last one is the Lánchíd, or Chain Bridge.
Yes. Definitely. Well, that’s it for today’s post, see ya later!
‘Twas a red night
No, I’m just kidding. I am a morning person. No, that’s just another bad joke, I really am a night person. I’m usually up until three am at least. Maybe even four. I know it’s too much, but I have nothing to wake up for in the morning, and I actually hate getting up early. That’s why I really don’t want to work in a regular schedule. Even if I get up at 5.30 am (as I used to back in school days) I can’t go to sleep until at least midnight or 1 am. And because of this I am useless on the weekends.
It’s perfectly reasonable for me to make a little snack at one o’clock. It’s okay to start a movie at two o’clock. It’s not okay to plan anything before noon.
I can do it if I have to, but I prefer it this way. That’s the only good thing in being unemployed. Maybe I should get my shit together.
And here’s the other thing, why do they call the people who like to be up late a night owl, but we don’t have a term for morning people? And do people really like to wake up early? ‘Cause you know, we could reform this thing, if we all stayed in bed until 10. They can’t fire everybody! And we could all enjoy sleeping in for the rest of humanity together. No debates on who’s a person and who’s an owl.
Oh wait, there is early bird. Never mind.

The furthest I’ve ever been from Hungary is Montenegro. I wrote a few posts about it already, but I love remembering those days.
I already wrote the story of how I been smuggled in the country, you can read it here.
We sat outside in the restaurants watching the sea and the mountains surrounding us.
It was beautiful in the morning and at night.
We’re going to sell T-shirts!
This concept has been around for a while, and it’s going to get real. Hopefully the first shirts going to be available at the end of the week. I will make a post about it for sure. The design is mainly drawn with hand by my boyfriend, but there will be other kinds too.
We’ve been talking about photos on the T-shirts also, but I’m not sure what would look good, what would people want. So I would like to ask for your opinions. What photos of mine would you like to see as a T-shirt? Please tell me in the comments, if you want to look back, you’ll find a bunch of my pictures in the archives.
The shirts will be available in Hungary and in the United Kingdom. They are 100% cotton, Fruit of the Loom shirts. Maybe I will be able to show you a little sneak/peak in a few days, or who knows, maybe it will be all set by then and ready to purchase.
I hope you’ll tell me your opinions! Bye!
