Broccoli Tortilla recipe

I love me some broccoli. I would eat it any form. Today I wanted to make something for dinner with broccoli, and I improvised something that turned out to be pretty delicious.


I don’t take actual measurements, but you don’t have to be exact for this dish. This amount could serve four to six people.


  1. Chicken ( 1 whole breast)
  2. Broccoli ( 500 g – 800g)
  3. Lemon
  4. Spices (pepper,chili pepper flakes, salt)
  5. Cheese
  6. Smoked cheese
  7. Tortilla

For the sauce:

  1. Yoghurt
  2. Garlic
  3. Pepper
  4. Feta Cheese


Cut up the chicken to small pieces. Wash and cut off the florets of the broccoli. Cook them, but only for a few minutes, you still want it to be crunchy. Put the spices on the chicken and fry it in a pan until it’s golden brown. Put the chicken in a pan, squeeze half the lemons juice onto it. Then put the broccoli on top of the chicken and squeeze the other half of the lemon. Then sprinkle it generously with the two types of cheese, and bake it for 20 minutes, until the cheese is nice golden brown.

I made a little sauce too, just mix yoghurt, pressed garlic, pepper and feta cheese in a bowl.

Then you just scoop it into tortillas, put some sauce in there too, wrap it up and enjoy!
